LONG SUTTON & WELLParish Council

Planning Applications

The Parish Councils is a statutory consultee for planning applications in the Parish it does not determine planning applications.  Its role is simply that of a consultee that provides observations on planning matters based on the documents presented.  It is the Planning Authority, Hart District Council, who make any final decisions on whether to refuse or grant planning applications after considering the views expressed by third parties, including the Parish Council.  Cllr Roger Bright (roger.bright@longsutton.com) leads on preliminary planning reviews for Long Sutton & Well Parish Council.

Information on Planning Applications can be found on the 'planning portal' of Hart District Council
