Hart District Council ruled on 19 January 2024 that there is no requirement for an EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) ahead of the proposed Solar Farm develpment at land 23/02559/EIA.

The developers have now proceeded to full planning application 23/02591/FUL for installation of a 47.5 MW (AC) capacity ground mounted solar photovoltaic farm, new access and associated ancillary works at land at White Hill, Well, Hook.
