HDC - Community Governance - Public Consutlation

Hart District Council is conducting a district wide Community Governance Review of all towns and parishes within the area. The purpose of the review is to enable the council to consider what, if any, changes are needed to current arrangements. The review is to 'right size' existing Parish and Town Councils.
The Government's 'White Paper' on Devolution talks about strengthening the relationship between town and parish councils and the new unitar councils.
This will be the last review as Hart District Council before reorganisation.
