In an attempt to keep everyone better informed and engaged about what the Parish Council is doing, it is trialling the production and circulation of a short informal summary report within a few days of each PC meeting to let parishioners know quickly what was discussed and decided at the meeting.

These summary reports will appear on the PC website www.longsutton.com, on the Long Sutton Village Facebook page, and in the next Parish Magazine following the meeting. When the summary report is available a message advertising the fact will be sent out to those residents on the ‘circulation list’ and on the Long Sutton WhatsApp group to make people aware.
