Following the Parish Council's objection to the original planning application 25/01007/FUL on the 14th July 2025 the applicant sought to provide some 'additional technical detail'.  HDC accepted the 'additional technical detail' and invited parties to comment by 28th October.

Long Sutton & Well Parish Council have reviewed the additional information provided and have unanimously APPROVED the following objection on behalf of the parishioners it serves.  The full objectioin can be read below;
