Hart Response Hub
HDC continue to work closely with Hart Voluntary Action and Hampshire County Council to run a hub assisting people with food requests, medication needs and a friendly phone call for those who need these services. Parish Councils have been asked to circulate the below ‘poster’ wherever possible.
Hart Response Hub – providing community support
Hart Response Hub has been set up in partnership with Hart District Council, Hart Voluntary Action, and Hampshire County Council to help Hart residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please call 0333 370 4000 if you require help or advice about:
• Food - shopping and deliveries
• Prescription collections
• A friendly phone call
We are here to help all those who are self-isolating or shielding who do not have support from families, friends, or their local community.
Phoneline open Monday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm
