Since Storm Dennis our village pond duck house has been drifting towards the pond edge making any eggs or baby ducklings easy prey.  So, this morning the Councillors of LS&WPC doned their waterproofs and in then went.  New retainers were fitted, securing the duck house to the centre of the pond.  Following a few hours of tlc the pond and duck house was left looking resplendent.
