The PC have been made aware of the disappointing decision of The Secretary of State not to uphold the requirement of an EIA for Ford Farm's prospective Solar Farm. Read the decision letter from SOS dated 24th February together with the Written Statement.
The PC, with the support of County Councillor John Kennett, are seeking to understand how an Appeal was made to the SOS without the PC being made aware of it or indeed any mention of the Appeal or appeal process appearing on HDC’s planning portal.
Our next PC meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 25th March at 7.30 p.m. when the proposed solar farm will once again be an Agenda item for further discussion
